We aim to provide all our patients with excellent patient care and to achieve this, we kindly ask for your cooperation. If you cannot attend your appointment, we request that you give us as much notice as possible, and we require at least 2 working days/weekdays notice so that we can allocate the time to someone else who may need that appointment. Where payment deposits are made for private care, including assessments and treatments, failure to give us at least 2 working days/weekdays notice will result in a lost deposit.
Failure to Attend (FTA)
Non-attendance and cancellation at short notice without a valid reason deprive other patients of essential dental treatment. Where payment deposits have been made for private care, failure to attend will result in a lost deposit. Patients who fail to attend appointments more than once in the space of 12 months will be removed from the NHS list.
KAA Dentals regularly sends reminders and recalls to all existing patients. If you have not attended a routine check-up within 2 years of your last check-up, please be aware that we are unable to offer you NHS care at these current times.
Thank you for your co-operation.

I have had a few visits recently and am very happy with how everything went, my dentist is amazing and gentlePosted on Google Coral MercuryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recently registered with this dentist. Appears clean and very well presented in patient waiting area. Reception team are kind and welcoming. I have thus far attended for a scale & polish, and one of two planned fillings. The dental treatment I have had thus far has been excellent. The dentist working on my teeth has been friendly and happy to talk to me about my xray examinations and talk me through their plans of what they suggest for me. They did not let me feel any pain and didnt overload me with lidocaine either. The staff here are lovely people. I have had to miss my appointment today due to awaking this afternoon feeling unwell. However, I have also cancelled my second planned filling as my first few experiences in the dental theatres, I noticed dirty grubbiness around the suite. The above-bed lamp is splattered with grime from other people's mouths. This is then being touched and adjusted by gloved hands which are then being put in my mouth. This is by no means acceptable for a modern practice. The practice also works with limited space and their stock cupboard is in one of their upstairs dental suites. So on two occasions that I was seen in the upstairs suite at the front of the building, it is unfortunate that other dental professionals must enter the room to access stock while I am in a very vulnerable position. The second time this happened I was in the middle of having a filling. I had fixtures screwed into my teeth and I looked up at a new person who had entered the room and had come in unannounced to get stock. When I raised my head to see and ask who this interloper was, the dentist quite sharply scolded me for moving my head. This is frightening and uncomfortable and shows a disregard for the privacy and dignity of patients. I did feed this back to the reception team. But they justified it by quoting the limited space they are working with. Unfortunately this does not work for me and I do not feel particularly safe or free from cross contamination of detritus from other people's dental procedures, so I have cancelled my other planned procedures and unfortunately had to de-register with this practice.Posted on Google Laura MayoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Arrived early and was greeted by two friendly receptionist, was seen on my appointment time, the dentist & his assistant also very polite, I went as an old filling had fallen out, my teeth were examined and xrayed, I was given two options and I took option 1, I was surprised & relived that I didn’t have an injection to deaden the area, everything went well and smoothly and was out in no time.Posted on Google Karen BUTTSTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Always have a positive experience at the practice. All staff are very helpful, polite and friendly and if you have an emergency issue they will always be on hand to help. Would highly recommend this practice. Also I recently had a tooth extraction which went smoothly. The dentist talked me through the procedure and gave advice on gum and tooth health. I rang them about the tooth I had to have pulled and saw me the very next day. Excellent service and they certainly deserve 5 star review 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
